About me

My name is Katerina Stary, I am a certified coach, psychologist, sports psychologist, fairy tale therapist, presenter of psychological workshops and a competitive athlete (wakesurfing).

My big theme in coaching is choosing yourself and your unique path, understanding your true goals and desires, maximizing your potential and applying it in relevant conditions.

Professional development

I regularly get additional specialized training, as well as supervision and mentoring

I am a competitive athlete in the category of skim and surf in wakesurfing. Since 2022, I have been studying sports psychology and putting my knowledge and psychological techniques into practice in preparation for competitions.

Education

I have a higher psychological education, I graduated from the full-time department of the Faculty of Applied Psychology of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work in 2006, and I share the approach that a helping practitioner should have a strong knowledge base.

Coaching

In 2023, I chose coaching as the connecting structure of all my knowledge and, since then, I have been working and developing in this method. I use it to unlock the creative potential of my clients and design models for the desired future.

Specialization

I like to look at the human psyche from different angles. My favorite prisms are coaching, psychology, sports, cultural codes, mythology, and art.

I have developed an author's program "Victory Strategy", which helps not only professionals, but also amateurs to achieve their goals.
